An agency that started in paid media and grew into AI, customer service and CRM

Agência MetaEX is the digital marketing and technology operation of Grupo WDYS, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 35.163.738/0001-54 and based in Marechal Cândido Rondon, Paraná, serving the West and Southwest of the state and clients remotely.

The company started as a paid media agency. As clients showed that ads only turn into sales when the contact is answered, recorded and followed up, the work expanded to customer service agents, CRM, content and systems. The name MetaEX comes from the arrow in the logo: Meta (goal), Specific, Tangible, Attainable and EX, for excellence.

What we do today

We work on six connected fronts:

• AI content creation, with human review.
• Smart systems: dashboards, tools and integrations.
• CRM and automation.
• Paid media: Google Ads, Meta Ads and YouTube Ads, where it all began.

How we work

Diagnosis before proposal. We do not present a price before understanding the situation.

Accounts in the client's name. Ad accounts, messaging, CRM and domain belong to whoever hires us.

AI with human review. AI speeds up research, writing and service. People check sources, test answers and answer for the result.

Metrics tied to cash. We track cost per contact, closing rate and cost per customer, not only reach.

Transparency about what we do not do. We do not promise sales results, and we say when a service is not the next step.
